Maning Nakpo (Tib. མ་ནིང་ནག་པོ་, Wyl. ma ning nag po) is a dharma protector, a body emanation of Mahakala and an oath-bound worldly protectors of the Nyingma School. Neither male nor female in gender, it is usually depicted as blue black in colour, with three eyes, holding in the right hand a war banner and in the left a heart and noose, wearing a crown of skulls and hair of black snakes.
