Sengtruk Pema Tashi (Tib. སེང་ཕྲུག་པདྨ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་, Wyl. seng phrug pad+ma bkra shis) or Sherab Zangpo is known as the first khenpo of Dzogchen Shri Singha. He was a teacher of Khenpo Pema Vajra and Gyalsé Shenpen Tayé and he ordained Patrul Rinpoche as a monk. In his youth he spent time studying at Mindroling monastery.
