Post-meditation (Skt. pṛṣṭha-labdha; Tib. རྗེས་ཐོབ་, jé tob; Wyl. rjes thob) - the periods in between formal sessions of meditation referred to as 'meditative equipoise' (mnyam bzhag), including ordinary activities such as eating and drinking, travelling, and sleeping.
