Dudjom Tersar (Wyl. bdud 'joms gter gsar), 'The New Treasures of Dudjom' — the revelations of Dudjom Lingpa and his incarnation Dudjom Rinpoche. Trulshik Rinpoche, Chatral Rinpoche, Shenphen Dawa Rinpoche and Lama Dawa Gyaltsen are some of the present day holders of this lineage.
The Major Cycles
There are four major cycles in the Dudjom Tersar of Dudjom Lingpa; the first three are gongter and the last one is sater:
- The Daknang Yeshe Drawa cycle ('The Wisdom Nets of Pure Visions'), which contains teachings such as the Tröma teachings;
- The Maha-Ati Yoga Zabchö Gongpa Rangdrol cycle ('The Profound Teachings on Naturally Self-liberating Enlightened Visions'), which contains teachings such as the teachings of Chenrezik;
- The Chönyi Namkhai Longdzö cycle ('The Vast Space Treasure from the Wisdom Sky of the Ultimate Nature'), with teachings of Trekchö and Tögal; and
- The Zab-Sang Khandro Nyingtik cycle.

- The Tsokyi Thukthik cycle, for the practices on the outer, inner, secret and innermost secret sadhanas of the lama;
- The Pudri Rekpung cycle, ('The Razor That Destroys at a Touch'), a Vajrakilaya practice of the yidam;
- The "Khandro Thukthik" cycle, ('The Profound Path of the Dakini’s Heart Essence'), for the practices on the outer, inner, secret and innermost secret sadhanas of the khandro; and
- The Dorje Drolö cycle.
The Major Texts
The major texts of the Dudjom Tersar are as follows:
Tantras
Dudjom Lingpa revealed five Dzogchen tantra treasures:
- Sang-tri Ka-gya-ma, this is the root tantra treasure
- Neluk Rangjung
- Ma-gom Sangye – also known as the Nang Jang
- Dagö Japu Chen
- Shey-rik Dorje Nӧnpo Gyud, the wisdom mind treasure of the Lord of the Dance, Traktung Dudjom Lingpa, who experienced Kuntuzangpo directly in a vision giving teachings and answering questions to his own emanation's retinue of bodhisattvas.
Sadhanas
According to oral instructions from lineage holders, the Lama, Yidam and Dakini of the Dudjom Tersar are practised as follows:
1. Lama
- a. outer: Orgyen Menla
- b. inner: Khandro Norlha
- c. secret: Tsokyi Thukthik, (Lake-Born Vajra) a mind treasure of Dudjom Rinpoche based on Guru Rinpoche
- d. innermost secret: Dorje Drolö, a mind treasure of Dudjom Rinpoche
2. Yidam
- a. Pudri Rekpung, a mind treasure of Dudjom Rinpoche
- b. Namchak Pudri, an earth treasure of Dudjom Lingpa, from the Zab-Sang Khandro Nyingtik cycle
3. Khandro
- a. outer: Khandro Thukthik, a mind treasure of Dudjom Rinpoche based on Yeshe Tsogyal
- b. inner: Kurukulle
- c. secret: Senge Dongma
- d. innermost secret: Tröma Nagmo (The Wrathful Black Mother), a mind treasure from the Chonyi Namkhai Long Dzod cycle of Dudjom Lingpa
Tsedrup Chime Soktik, a longevity practice based on Amitayus that was revealed by Surmang Namkhai Dorje for Dudjom Rinpoche's long life.
