Meditative equipoise (Skt. samāpatti; Tib. མཉམ་བཞག་, Wyl. mnyam bzhag) — an undistracted state of mind that is achieved through various methods of meditation (e.g. shamatha, vipashyana...) or formal sessions of meditation, as opposed to post-meditation (Wyl. rjes thob) periods.
