Four continents (Tib. gling bzhi) - the four continents which surround Mount Meru according to the cosmology of the Abhidharma are:
- Purva Videha (Lüpakpo) in the East
- Jambudvipa (Dzambuling) in the South
- Aparagodaniya (Balangchö) in the West
- Uttarakura (Draminyen) in the North
