The Category:Tibetan-English Dictionary uses a slightly more strict format than the other wiki entries:
<insert tibetan here>། (Wyl. <insert wylie here>) n. #808080
* <insert description here> <insert source acronym here>
* <insert other description here> <same-category-name-here>

The templates used are:
<insert tibetan here>།, used to make the Tibetan script of the keyword bigger, example:དང་།generates: དང་།#808080, used to colorize the phonetics in gray, example:#808080generates: Pron.: dang<category-name>, used to display all entries in a category<category-name>. It's important to also add the statementto make the current entry member of this category too.<insert source acronym here>, used to insert a source reference, example:PADgenerates: PAD
