Abhidharma [Skt.] - chö ngönpa [Tib.], the third of the three collections (Tripitaka [Skt.]) of the Buddha’s teachings: Vinaya, Sutra and Abhidharma. Abhidharma concerns wisdom, and counteracts the poison of delusion and ignorance.
