Gyütö Monastery (Wyl. rgyud stod grva tshang) or Upper Tantric College was founded in 1474/5 by Jetsün Kunga Döndrup, a student of Sherab Senge and Gendün Drup, and is one of the main tantric colleges of the Gelug tradition.
