The Second Degyal Rinpoche was the foremost student of Golok Serta Rinpoche. He stayed in the Namkha Khyung Dzong Monastery.
His Family
One of his sons is Shiva Rinpoche, the reincarnation Golok Serta Rinpoche. Another son is Tulku Pema Rigtsal.
