Four aspects of complete purity (Skt. catvāri pariśuddha, Wyl. yongs su dag pa bzhi) are complete purity of

  1. body
  2. attention
  3. mind
  4. primordial wisdom.

Mentioned in Maitreya's Ornament of Mahayana Sutras and also by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Taye in the Treasury of Knowledge, [1]

Complete purity of body means gaining the mastery to transform one's body into specific form desired.
With complete purity of attention, one gains the mastery to transform the object of one’s attention to anything desired.
Complete purity of mind entails mastery over limitless states of meditative absorption.
Complete purity of primordial wisdom refers to knowing all phenomena, without attachment or limitation.[2]

In the generation stage, the four aspects of purity are:

  1. Seeing the body as the body of the deity
  2. Seeing the environment as the mandala of the deity
  3. Experiencing interactions as great bliss, free from attachment
  4. Performing actions only for the benefit of others
