Pawo (Tib. དཔའ་བོ་, Wyl. dpa' bo) Rinpoche Incarnation Line — an important lineage of Karma Kagyü masters very closely associated with the Karmapas. The Pawo tulkus were at the head of Nenang Monastery in Central Tibet. In 1986 a new monastery, Nenang Phuntsok Chöling, was established near Boudnath in Nepal by the Tenth Pawo Rinpoche.
