Gütor (Wyl. dgu gtor) — the 29th day of the 12th Tibetan lunar month, which is also the second to last day of the year in the Tibetan calendar. During this day, rituals and practices are performed in monasteries and lay people's homes to purify negativity, remove inauspiciousness and avert all obstacles of the previous year.
The Rigpa sangha focuses on practices such as the Heart Sutra with the accumulation of dokpas, Vajrakilaya practice, Dharma Protectors' practice including Gesar, Tendrel Nyesel, and Senge Dongma.
