Dragon
Dragon – (Tib. druk) one of the four dignities, which can represent aspects of the Bodhisattva attitude or qualities of the windhorse.
The Dragon symbolizes the water element. It abides in the west.

- The Dragon represents generosity, spontaneous achievement, elegance, and equanimity. The vision of the dragon is to create an environment of fearlessness, warmth and genuineness. It is energetic, powerful and unwavering, yet gentle and playful.
- The Dragon thunders in the sky with the sound of compassion that awakens us from delusion and increases what we can know through hearing. Dragons have the power of complete communication. Displaying a dragon banner is said to protect one from slander and enhances one's reputation.
