The Second Dzongnang Rinpoche, Jampal Lodrö (d.1987/8), was an important master of the Palyul lineage. His teachers included the Second Palyul Choktrul Rinpoche, Khenpo Nüden, Khenpo Lekshé Jorden, and Khenpo Gangshar.
