Sharpa Chöjé

Sharpa Chöjé (Wyl. shar pa chos rje) refers to a former abbot of Gyütö Higher Tantric College, who is appointed, in alternation with the Jangtsé Chöjé, as Ganden Tripa, the Throneholder of Ganden Monastery and head of the Gelug tradition.
