I think so. "Tersay Dorje Dradul (1891-1959), who became the successor of Dudjom Lingpa at the Dartsang Kalzang Gon Hermitage". http://www.tersar.org/?page_id=527 In my memory, the monastery was founded first by Dudjom Lingpa, who gave it later to Terton Sogyal, who was a teacher of Tersay Dorje Dradul, who became in charge of the monastery after".
