Buddha Krakucchanda (Skt.; Tib. འཁོར་བ་འཇིག་, khorwa jik, Wyl. 'khor ba 'jig) was the very first buddha of this Fortunate Aeon, during which 1002 buddhas will appear. According to the Basic vehicle, he is the fourth of the seven heroic buddhas, who preceded Buddha Shakyamuni.
