Tulku Pema Wangyal Rinpoche (Tib. པདྨ་དབང་རྒྱལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།) or Taklung Tsetrul Pema Wangyal Rinpoche (b.1945) is the first son of the Dzogchen master Kangyur Rinpoche.
