Tsendali (Skt. Caṇḍālī, Tib. ཙན་ད་ལི་, Wyl. tsan da li) is the consort of Amitayus, the Buddha of Long Life. One of the most popular practices of Tsendali is ‘Tsé Yum Tsendali’, a terma revealed by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo and transmitted by Lingtsang Gyalgenma (‘the old king of Ling’), Sogyal Rinpoche’s great grandfather and previous incarnation, who was a teacher of Jamyang Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö.
