Namkha Ösal (TIb. ནམ་མཁའ་འོད་གསལ་, Wyl. nam mkha' 'od gsal), the First Dzogchen Pönlop Rinpoche (?-1726), was one of the three principal founders of the Rudam Dzogchen Monastery in Kham Dergé, East Tibet. His successive incarnations have been intimately connected with the development of the Dzogchen Monastery and the lives of the Dzochen Rinpoches.
