Vajra master (Tib. dorje lopön; Wyl. rdo rje slob dpon; Skt. vajrācārya or vajra acharya) — a qualified Vajrayana master, the spiritual authority who is empowered to transmit the Vajrayana teachings and its related practices and to lead such practices in a group assembly.
