The five kingly sutras (Wyl. rgyal po mdo lnga) are:
- Samantabhadra's Aspiration for Good Actions (Tib. Zangchö Mönlam)
- Vajra Vidharana Sutra (Tib. Dorje Namjom)
- The Heart Sutra (Tib. Sherab Nyingpo)
- The Sutra of the Wisdom of Passing Beyond (Tib. Daka Yeshe)
- The Confession of Downfalls (Tib. Tung Shakpa).
