The Hidden Cave in the East (wyl. shar phyogs sbas phug) is one of the four sacred caves of Sikkim. It is the cave to the East of Tashiding. It is about one hour walk from Ravongla. Local people know it as ‘Sangma Né’ or ‘Sangma Gompa’. Pilgrims can also see a Guru Rinpoche statue nearby.
Remark
The cave is deep, and visitors would need good torch lights, enough candles to mark the path to find your way out, and cloth they don’t mind to get dirty.
