Khenpo Yönten Gönpo (mkhan po yon tan mgon po) - An important khenpo of Dzogchen Monastery who was one of the main disciples of Khenpo Shenga and also a student of the Fifth Dzogchen Rinpoche, Kunga Palden and many other great masters. He was a teacher of the Sixth Dzogchen Rinpoche, Alak Zenkar Rinpoche and Tulku Kalzang. He passed away in 1959, shortly after the Sixth Dzogchen Rinpoche. His writings include a famous commentary on Chanting the Names of Manjushri.
