Tulku Pema Wangyal Rinpoche, (Tib. པདྨ་དབང་རྒྱལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།)or Taklung Tsetrul Pema Wangyal Rinpoche (b.1945), is the first son of the Dzogchen master Kangyur Rinpoche.
