Negation

Negation (Tib. དགག་པ་; Wyl. dgag pa) is defined as "realizing through a process of mental negative determination" (Wyl. blos rnam bcad du rtogs par bya ba).

Subdivisions

1. implicative negation, or negation of identity (མ་ཡིན་དགག་, Wyl. ma yin dgag)
2. nonimplicative negation, or negation of existence (མེད་དགག་, Wyl. med dgag)
