For example at Namdroling monastery, Kyabje Penor Rinpoche enthroned three khenchens (Khenpo Pema Sherab, Khenpo Namdrol and Khenpo Tsewang Gyatso) for more than seventy khenpos. The hat they receive and wear at their enthronement is a khenpo hat ornamented with three golden stripes.
