Yolmo Ngakchang Shakya Zangpo (Wyl. sngags 'chang śakya bzang po) (15th century) was born in southern Latö in Drampa Jong in the Tibetan province of Tsang. He studied with Namkha Palden of Kongpo, Namkha Gyaltsen, Orgyen Palzang of Tsang, Pema Lingpa, and many other masters of the Nyingma and Sarma tradtions. He opened up the hidden land of Yolmo. At Samyé he revealed a terma concerning the Boudhanath stupa, which he later restored. He also supervised a major restoration of the stupa at Swayambhunath.
He passed the Northern Treasures teachings on to the two brothers Ngari Panchen Pema Wangyal and Lekden Dudjom Dorje.
