Amarakosha (Skt. Amarakośa; Tib. འཆི་མེད་མཛོད་, Wyl. chi med mdzod) — a thesaurus of Sanskrit written by the ancient Indian scholar Amarasingha. It is the oldest extant work of it's kind and there have been numerous commentaries. It has found it's way in the Tibetan Tengyur and is the source of a famous verse listing all the epithets of Buddha Shakyamuni.
