The four unwholesome dharmas or four impure practices (Tib. ནག་པོའི་ཆོས་བཞི་, nakpö chö shyi, Wyl. nag po'i chos bzhi), literally the four black dharmas, are:

  1. deceiving anyone worthy of veneration
  2. feeling misplaced regret
  3. abusing a holy person
  4. cheating others[1]
