The Rain of Virtue and Goodness: A Brief Ritual for Consecrating Representations of Enlightened, Body, Speech and Mind (Tib. རྟེན་གསུམ་རབ་ཏུ་གནས་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སྙིང་པོར་དགེ་ལེགས་ཆར་འབེབ་, ten sum rabtu nepé choga nyingpor gelek char beb, Wyl. rten gsum rab tu gnas pa'i cho ga snying por dge legs char ‘beb) - A rabné practice composed by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. According to Kyabjé Trulshik Rinpoche, it is known as a 'horseback consecration' (rta thog ma) because it is so short. This was the text used by His Holiness the Dalai Lama during the consecration of the temple at Lerab Ling, on August 22nd 2008.
