Dzahka Choktrul Rinpoche
The Second Dzaka Chokdrul, Kunzang Namgyal (Tib. ཛཿ་ཀ་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་ཀུན་བཟང་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་, Wyl. dzaH ka mchog sprul kun bzang rnam rgyal) was an incarnation Yudra Nyingpo. His predecessor was the 17th century master Dzaka Choktrul Sonam Namgyal, himself an incarnation of Longsal Nyingpo's nephew, Tashi Puntsok. He was a holder of Rigdzin Düddul Dorje and Longsal Nyingpo's termas. His teachers included Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, Jamgon Kongtrul, Nyala Pema Duddul, Jikmé Yönten Gönpo and the second Katok Situ Chökyi Lodrö. Among his students were Tertön Sogyal, the third Kathok Situ Chökyi Gyatso, and the third [[Kathok Getse [Pema Namgyal]].
A teacher and student of Tertön Sogyal, he helped him with four other masters to create the circumstances for the revelation of Yang Nying Pudri at the behest of Jamgon Kongtrul in the summer of 1895.
